“These Booking Policies” outline the terms and conditions governing the booking and provision of services by Fenix Cars to passengers. By making a reservation with Fenix Cars, you agree to adhere to these Booking Policies.
“The Passenger” refers to the individual making a reservation for the services provided by Fenix Cars.
“The Provider” represents Fenix Cars.
“The Booking” is the confirmed reservation for services offered by Fenix Cars.
These Booking Policies are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version of these policies is available on the Fenix Cars website and becomes effective one hour after posting.
Booking Conditions
- 1.1 All bookings are subject to the acceptance of Fenix Cars, and the Passenger agrees to these Booking Policies upon making a reservation, whether through the Fenix Cars website (http://www.fenixcars.com), telephone, or any authorized agent.
- 1.2 A valid contract comes into existence once Fenix Cars confirms the reservation. These Booking Policies are considered part of the contract and are legally binding.
- 1.3 Fenix Cars may alter these Booking Policies at any time. The Passenger should review them regularly to stay informed of any changes.
- 1.4 No reservation is accepted until Fenix Cars confirms it in writing, which may include email or telephone communication.
- 1.5 The service provided will adhere to the specifications detailed in Fenix Cars' sales documentation and price list unless otherwise specified in the Passenger's reservation.
- 1.6 Fenix Cars reserves the right to make changes in service specifications to comply with safety and regulatory requirements without affecting performance.
- 1.7 Sub-contracting companies cannot make representations or claims about the service without written confirmation from Fenix Cars.
- 1.8 Changes to these Booking Policies require written agreement between the Passenger and Fenix Cars.
- 1.9 Sales literature and other documents issued by Fenix Cars are subject to change without notice and are not binding until Fenix Cars issues a quotation or confirms a reservation.
- 1.10 Quotes for service prices are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise specified by Fenix Cars.
- 1.11 Fenix Cars may increase service prices due to factors beyond its control, such as currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, or Passenger-requested service alterations.
- 1.12 Fenix Cars may use third-party contractors to provide services to Passengers.
- 1.13 Reservations on specific dates, such as December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and January 1st, may be subject to additional surcharges.
- 1.14 A maximum time limit of 1 hour for address collections and 3 hours for airport collections is allocated. Failure to contact the Passenger will be considered a no-show and is subject to the terms specified in clauses 3.2 and 4.33.
- 1.15 Non-cash payments will result in a £3.00 sterling booking fee, in addition to any cash payment or discounted price.
Terms of Carriage
- 2.1 Service prices are based on Passengers being ready to travel at the booked time, following airline check-in times and guidelines.
- 2.2 Waiting times are free for the first 5 minutes except for airport meets, which allow 60 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting time may be requested at the time of booking.
- 2.3 Fenix Cars and its drivers are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage. Passengers must ensure their luggage is loaded/unloaded during the journey. Fenix Cars may refuse service for excess luggage that could compromise safety.
- 2.4 Vehicles are booked based on passenger requirements, with different vehicle types available for varying passenger numbers and luggage loads.
- 2.5 Fenix Cars will not transport certain items or substances, including explosives, firearms, perishables, and illegal narcotics. Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with these restrictions.
- 2.6 Fenix Cars may disallow additional goods at its discretion.
- 2.7 Passengers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Fenix Cars and its affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the service and compliance with these Booking Policies.
